Cajun Tuna Steaks

1 part flour to 3 parts Screaming Seeds Southern Cajun

Tuna steaks

Sweet potato steamed and mashed with a little sea salt, black pepper and milk

Baby bok choy, steamed

Olive oil

Optional: Lime, avocado and tomato salsa

Avocado, diced

Fresh tomato, diced

Red onion, diced

Lime juice

Sea salt

Black pepper


  1. Mix flour with Screaming Seeds Southern Cajun and coat tuna steaks on both sides
  2. Add olive oil to a hot pan and fry to your liking
  3. Serve on top of sweet potato mash and arrange baby bok choy beside mash
  4. Combine all ingredients for the salsa and spoon over top of tuna (optional)
