1 large French baguette

200g soft butter

5-6 garlic cloves, crushed

1 teaspoons Virgin Island Mix


  • Slice stick (no right through) at 2.5cm intervals
  • Mix butter, garlic and Virgin Island Mix.
  • Spread both sides of each slice.
  • Wrap in foil, put in oven for 25 minutes at 170 C
