Beetroot Gravlax Kit
A fabulous way to cure your own salmon in the comfort of your own home. Each pack contains enough mix to cure two sides of skinless salmon. Liberally sprinkle both sides, double wrap with cling film, and put in the fridge for 36 hours. Remove, pat dry with a paper towel, slice and serve. Enjoy!
