A fabulous way to cure your own salmon @ home. Each pack contains enough mix to cure 2 sides of skinless salmon.

Liberally sprinkle both sides, double wrap with Glad wrap, and put in the fridge for 36 hours. Remove, pad dry with a paper towel, slice and serve. Enjoy!
